$15,000 over asking price…we couldn’t believe it!

Thank you is an understatement when we reminisce about our experience with you guys as our realtors! We had no idea that we would have sold our house for such an amount.

Robert thanks to your tips we can see why you suggested to paint the cabinets and the other minor things which made our house stand out comapred to the other properties on the market. After our experience with you we don’t look at you as realtors but more as consultants… consultants that knew exactly what needed to be done, how to be done and how to execute a plan that will make us more money. Usually with agents, they care about getting paid and thats it. With you guys, you cared more about how to get us more money and you did!

Thanks a bunch. Can’t wait to sell again!
