We are writing this to thank-you both from the bottom of our hearts. At first we were a little hesitant since as like all sellers we wanted more money and we wanted to list our house for a higher price but after listening to you and with all the information you brought to our house we realized that you guys were right. Even til now we are amazed of how quickly you sold our house and amazingly over the asking price. We were very impressed the you used technology to get us more exposure. Thanks to your YOUTUBE video tours we were able to avoid doing open houses and we were able to track how many people were interested in our house. Its hard to keep your house a certain way, especially with kids, so the technology you guys used was very impressive.
