Bita and Rob,

I just wanted to send a quick note to thank you both for a job well done, not to mentiopn well over and beyond my expectations. I’m sorry I was a bit of a pain in the butt but as you know my past experiences with real estate agents were not so pleasent so I had my guard up. After working with you guys I finally see what a real estate agent should be. You guys really have a great system. Thank you for your knowledge, expertise and great advice on the little things that didn’t cost me a lot to get this home sold. I’m sure you guys are going to be at the top of your industry very shortly as soon as the secret gets out.
